All book purchases are final.
- Purchased and/or shipped books are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued.

Non-Credit Adult/Children Sureth Course Refund Policy
Refunds for the non-credit Adult/Children Sureth Course are governed by the following terms:
- If a student withdraws from the course prior to the start of the second week, the student is eligible for a 30% refund of the course fee. This refund accounts for the cost of the book and applicable processing fees.
- No refunds will be issued for withdrawals made during or after the second week of the course.
Enrollment in the course indicates acceptance of this refund policy.
College Student Placement Course Policy
By enrolling in the College Student Placement Course, the student (hereinafter referred to as “I”) agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Tuition and Fees
- I agree to pay the stated tuition amount plus applicable taxes, which applies solely to class tuition.
- The agreed tuition does not include the cost of any exams, assessments, or fees required by my college, university, or any other educational institution or business.
Credit Acceptance Disclaimer
- I acknowledge and agree that Sureth Studies LLC is not responsible or liable for any decisions made by my college or university regarding the acceptance, transfer, or recognition of credits earned through this course.
- I understand that it is my sole responsibility to contact my school’s registrar, academic advisor, or appropriate office prior to enrollment to confirm credit acceptance.
Withdrawal and Tuition Charges
If I withdraw from the class, the following tuition charges will apply:
- Withdrawal before the second week of the course: 25% of the tuition will be charged.
- Withdrawal after the second week of the course: 50% of the tuition will be charged.
- Withdrawal after the third week of the course: 100% of the tuition will be charged (no refund).
Financial Responsibility and Collection
- By accepting this agreement, I acknowledge that I am legally obligated to pay all tuition and applicable fees.
- In the event of non-payment or default, Sureth Studies LLC reserves the right to:
- Refer my account to a credit reporting agency and/or collection agency, and/or
- Initiate legal action to recover any outstanding balances.
- I understand and agree that I will be responsible for all costs of collection, including but not limited to interest, penalties, collection agency fees, court costs, and attorney fees, to the extent permitted by law.
